Translation Management brings all translatable content in your shop together in one shared list – texts from the shop, theme and modules as well as products, categories and CMS pages. You edit them directly in the shop – or use the export function: export texts in common formats, have them translated and import them again. You can see how far along each language is at any time.

One interface for all content
Language texts from the language files of the core, theme and modules and the multilingual database fields appear in one shared list. Filter by content type, language and status.
All important content types covered
Language texts, products, categories, attributes, countries, payment methods and CMS content. Shortcodes from the Visual CMS remain unchanged when reading and saving. Media alt texts are added when the media library is active in the shop.
Customizations survive updates
Changes to fixed language texts are saved as a separate customization – never written to the original file. That way they survive updates to the core, theme and modules. Kept separately per subshop, and can be reset to the original value individually or all at once.
Progress at a glance
An overview per language shows what percentage is translated, how many units are actually missing and what is only covered by a fallback language. The overview also shows entries that are no longer needed.
Export and import in standard formats
Export to XLIFF, PO/POT or JSON – filtered, for example only the missing translations of one language. Import back in either “overwrite” or “add only” mode.
Prepared for automatic translation
The module comes with a uniform interface for automatic translation services. You connect a specific service – such as an AI translation – via a separate OPAL. Without it, the buttons for automatic translation remain inactive.
