The right moment for a review is when the customer is holding the product in their hands. That’s why the OPAL reminds them by email after a waiting period you define, counted from the order or shipping date – with a direct link to the review. That way, new reviews come into your shop without you having to think about it.

Automatic, days after the purchase
The reminder goes out automatically – a configurable number of days after the order or after shipping. The default is 14 days after the order.
Only with consent – and with an unsubscribe option
In the checkout, the customer decides via a consent checkbox whether they want to receive a review request – as a mandatory field or optional. The included email text contains an unsubscribe link that works without logging in; with it, the customer unsubscribes from the reminder for this order.
Define text, salutation and audience yourself
Subject and text are customizable, with placeholders for name, ordered items, order number and review link. You choose a formal or informal salutation, and if you like, the requests go only to newsletter subscribers.
No duplicate emails, no old orders
A sending history per order prevents duplicate reminders, and items that have already been reviewed are skipped. Reminders cover orders placed from the activation of the OPAL onward – no reminders are sent for older orders.
Send manually when needed
The overview list shows all open orders with a button for individual sending; sent ones drop out automatically. Individual reminders can also be triggered directly from the order view – regardless of the waiting period and automatic sending.
Check before you start
In test mode, the reminders go to a test address instead of your customers – based on real orders. That way you see subject and text exactly as your customers would receive them.
