Decide per voucher series
For each voucher series, you specify whether already reduced items are excluded from the voucher discount. Each campaign gets its own setting, directly in the voucher series.
Two modes: Block or Partial
Block: the voucher is not redeemed as long as reduced items are in the cart. Partial: the voucher applies, but only to regularly priced items – the reduced ones remain untouched. For vouchers for specific items or categories, only the items the voucher applies to count.
Clear notice in the cart
If a voucher is blocked, the message in the cart lists the reduced items by name. If it applies only partially, a notice explains which items are excluded.
The same for all voucher types
The rule applies to percentage and absolute vouchers – regardless of whether they apply to the entire cart, to individual products or to categories.
Recognizes reduced items by the strike-through price
An item counts as reduced if its stored strike-through price is higher than the regular item price. Tiered and group prices as well as discount promotions are not part of this check.
Checks with every change
The check runs on the current state every time the cart is calculated. If a customer adds a reduced item after entering the voucher, the rule applies immediately: in "Partial" mode the discount adjusts, in "Block" mode the voucher is removed from the cart.
